Only take 1,5 hours from Padang Bai by Fast boat. Gili Air is connected to Lombok and Bali by daily boat services. Travel time to Lombok’s international airport is just 2,5 hours by boat and car or 2,5 hours to Bali’s international airport by boat and car.
